SHADOW AID / PERSONAL LEARNING ASSISTANT (PLA)
Our shadow aides are well trained professionals who accompany students to school so they can help them develop the skills they need to succeed in a mainstream environment. They may focus on academics, behaviour issues, social skills, classroom management, or obeying directions. Additionally, in order to accomplish specific goals for the students, our shadow aides collaborate closely with the special education coordinator and homeroom instructors at the school. Furthermore, they will send daily reports and updates to the parents via our group WhatsApp chat, so that we can all receive the updates and keep the child’s learning pattern consistent, which could lead to better results.
SENSORY PLAY
For children to develop properly, sensory play is crucial. With the use of their senses, kids can investigate, test, and gain knowledge about their surroundings.Using touch, smell, taste, sight, and hearing are all part of sensory play. We engage in sensory play in both individual home-based sessions and group activities during school holiday programmes or with other convenient groups. Based on the child’s sensory needs, the sensory play will be carried out, and parents and teachers will arrange the necessary materials ahead of time. Following each session, the therapist will send a report or update via a WhatsApp group chat.

BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION THERAPY
One of the popular therapy approaches for behavior modification is Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). When applied to individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other related developmental mpairments, it has been shown to be highly successful. The unwanted behaviors will be identified during one-on-one, home-based session, and an IEP goal will be developed for the targeted behaviors. Rewarding the targeted behaviours will be done using a token system. The daily report will be given by the therapist via a group WhatsApp discussion using the ABC chart.
INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATIONAL PLAN (IEP)
A programme designed specifically to address the requirements of each student with a disability is known a s an Individualised Education Programme, or IEP. The educational institution, the parent or guardian, related professionals and occasionally the student work together as a multidisciplinary team to write the programme. The report describes the student’s special education needs in view to their identified disability. It lists their educational objectives as well as any specialised assistance they might require to achieve them. There will be a physical or an online meeting will be arranged with the related people and HHTS consultant will prepare the IEP based on the outcome in the meeting.

EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAMME (EIP)
Early intervention programmers offer support and guidance to infants, young children, and their families who are experiencing developmental delays and impairments. It covers physical therapy, speech therapy, and other services according to the child’s and family’s needs. A child’s capacity to pick up new skills, overcome obstacles, and succeed in both school and life can be greatly impacted by EIP.
HOME & SCHOOL OBSERVATION
You may always start with home or school observation if you’re having trouble figuring out what assistance your special child needs or if you’re not sure what kind of help to give them. The company’s director will be giving the parents guidance over an observation session.

AUTISM AWARENESS TALK IN SCHOOLS/ORGANIZATIONS
Raising awareness about special needs children is crucial in ensuring that no child is left behind in society. By educating the community about their unique requirements, we can promote equitable access and opportunities for students with disabilities in education and society. The goal is to increase understanding and acceptance of special children, and our agency is committed to achieving this through awareness programs. We offer our services to international schools and other institutions to educate their teachers and parents about special children and help them identify the best way to support these students.
